Our Weekly Harvest

Hey guys!

Welcome to the late summer/early fall sharings of our Small Farms CSA. I hope you all are as excited as I am about the wonderful goods we’ll be getting in our shares. Expect to find lots of recipes and tidbits about the foods that Love is Love offers up to us here on the blog. And if any of you have any delicious recipes or tidings to share please, by all means, send them our way.

In the meantime here is a yummy recipe that highlights one of the offerings this week – Japanese Eggplant:

    This is a great eggplant recipe…

    Goat cheese is great, but sour cream works well. Any herbs will work, too.
    I also skip the honey in the vinaigrette. The extra sweetness doesn’t taste right to me.
