I wanted to drop a quick post and say that I used my carrot and radish greens in place of kale in this delicious recipe that I’ve posted here before —
This recipe is very easy and quick, plus the sauce made from the greens can be used for me than just pasta. I love spreading it on my morning bagel, dipping radishes and carrots into it, or spreading it on a cracker with a slice of cheese. I highly recommend trying this recipe, it tastes so good!
