Spiced Muscadine Preserves

Hey guys,

Fellow CSA member, Catherine Shiel, turned us on to this recipe, found on the Roost blog,  for spiced muscadine preserves that uses honey instead of sugar. It looks delicious and the photography on the blog is beautiful. Spiced Muscadine Preserves

  • 2 cups fresh muscadines, skins removed and reserved
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
